1. Who we are
EuroFBA is a trading name of BFECOM SARL, a French limited liability company registered in Strasbourg (SIREN 897 695 581, RCS Strasbourg). As a business established in the European Union, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
We only collect data you provide directly:
- Name and email address (via Calendly booking or direct email)
- Business information you share during discovery calls or onboarding
- Amazon Seller Central data you voluntarily share for audit purposes
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels. Vercel Analytics (our hosting provider) collects anonymised, aggregated traffic data with no cookies and no personal identifiers.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule discovery calls
- To deliver the EU Launch Sprint service if you become a client
- To send you relevant updates about your engagement (not marketing)
Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with:
- Calendly — for scheduling calls (their privacy policy applies)
- Stripe — for payment processing (their privacy policy applies)
- Vercel — for website hosting (anonymised analytics only)
5. Data retention
We retain your data for the duration of our business relationship, plus 3 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see section 6).
6. Your rights (GDPR)
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability
